Manica Moçambique Terminais Limitada received the ISO 9001-2015 and 45001-2018 certificates on July 14, 2022 in the city of Maputo through INNOQ

The implementation of the ISO 9001-2015 certificate aims to guarantee the quality in the delivery of our services and in all the processes that accompany them. The demand for the delivery of high-quality service is increasing in the current market. In turn, the ISO 45001-2018 certification aims to ensure the implementation of
health and safety measures at work during the company’s activities.

The ceremony for the certificate of compliance was accompanied with speeches by the director of Manica Moçambique Terminais Limitada André Couto, the deputy director of INNOQ and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Manica, Fernando Couto.

On the occasion, the Chairman of Manica’s Board of Directors revealed that receiving these certifications represented a moment of satisfaction. Fernando Couto also said that Manica works with companies that require a clear security procedure, a protection that passes the demand for quality in the delivery of services.

Fernando Couto, recalls that customers do not allow errors, if an incident occurs, the entities involved can immediately request a commission of inquiry to investigate the causes.

With the ISO 45001-2018 certificate, Manica Moçambique Terminais is bound to comply with the demanding security procedures within the market. In this context Fernando Couto said that Manica should be a mirror for other companies.

In the context of Health and safety, it is the role of the certified company to create strong safety procedures in the work environment. Fernando Couto clarified that this is the beginning of a process, and it is necessary to proceed with hard work and as a unified group.
